When I was growing up (and probably still to this day), my Mom was a hot chocolate addict. We didn't drink coffee in our family for religious reasons, so I always wondered if this and her usual coke with lemon were her substitute ways to power through the day. Crock Pot Holiday Wassail

Christmas just isn't complete without hot wassail in my house! I grew up with my Mom simmering it away in her smaller crock pot, and the smell was just enough to get my mouth watering. Tasting it was even more delightful! I've tried quite a few hot wassail recipes, and have fallen in love with so many of them. It's really hard to screw up hot wassail, in my opinion, haha. Sheet Pan Meal: Bruschetta Chicken

Hey there friends!!! Welcome to my day THREE of my official Sheet Pan Meal week. This one was definitely one of my favorites, so it was super hard to not share it with you on the very first day! Mostly because bruschetta is one of my favorite things in the whole world. Except for tacos. Tacos always win. Tacos, then bruschetta. Glad we got that covered. This chicken is super juicy and cooked to absolute perfection. Top it with some soft mozzarella, and the most heavenly tomatoes stirred with basil, balsamic vinegar, and a little pinch of salt and pepper, and you are all set for dinnertime.
